When I ⟪ENTER⟫ed this Member, I only had one card on my Hand. Can I return that one card to my Deck and then ⟪ENTER⟫ the top card of my Deck? (No.)

If my Deck is empty when this Member is ⟪ENTER⟫ed, can I still ⟪ENTER⟫ a card from the Deck? (Yes.)
