No. [Starter] Skills are counted as part of match preparation, before any turns are played, so once your first turn starts, there have been no Members who ⟪ENTER⟫ed that turn.

Yes. If the Birthday Bonus is active, you can count that Piece. If it is not active, the Piece does not count.
For example, if the card you flipped is LL13-005 R "Rin Hoshizora", it has two Pieces if the Birthday Bonus is active, and one Piece otherwise.

Yes. In case you have only one card in your Deck, you can show that card to everyone and add it to your Hand. The extra effect for having 3 or more Stars in total also still applies, so you can ⟪ENTER⟫ a Member if the one card from your Deck meets the requirement.

It refers to the large number in the top right of the Song card. If there are Bonus Live Points, as in "4 + 1", it only refers to the number on the left.
